One operational view across marketplaces with different rules

The platform connected Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify so merchants could manage orders, inventory, warehouses, and products from one dashboard.

The frontend had to present marketplace-specific states within one consistent product while preserving the differences operators needed to understand.

I built and improved web products across the commerce platform, taking features from requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and production support. The work connected product and inventory management with related order and warehouse workflows.
